1. Order Cancellation Conditions

For orders placed in NestVerra (hereinafter “I” or “we”) online store:

  • Orders within 48 hours of placement and not yet shipped can be canceled directly.

  • Orders after 48 hours of placement or already shipped cannot be canceled directly. You may wait for the delivery and then contact us for return and refund. For more details, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

2. Order Cancellation Process

  1. Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request order cancellation, providing your order number, payment proof, and related information.

  2. The customer service team will process your request promptly and notify you of the result as soon as it is approved, along with arranging the refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) used for the payment.

  • Processing Time: Depending on the card issuing bank, refunds are expected to be completed within 10–15 business days. If the refund is delayed, please contact us for assistance.
