The product does not match the order;

You need to send the product back to the designated return address and wait for us to receive it.

You need to send the product back to the designated return address and wait for us to receive it.
After receiving the product, we will inspect whether it meets the issue you reported. If approved, we will ship the new product to your address within 1-3 business days. For shipping times and details, please see the Shipping Policy.
Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the bank card used for payment (Visa, MasterCard).
Processing Time: Depending on the bank's processing efficiency, refunds are expected to be completed within 10-15 business days. If overdue, please contact us for assistance.
For returns/exchanges due to product damage, quality issues, unpleasant odor, significant color differences, or incorrect items, shipping costs will be covered by us;
For returns/exchanges without reason, shipping costs will be borne by you.
